Colleagues coordinating a workplace meal

Workplace-ready planning

The room, arrival route, serving format, and onsite handoff are planned alongside the menu.

01

Choose packaging for the agenda

Individually packed and labelled meals work for fixed seats, named selections and short breaks. Platters suit a shared table; buffets need enough setup room and guest-flow time. LunchLink confirms available packaging, labels and substitutions with the selected partner.

02

Plan the delivery window and floor handoff

Standard $40 delivery includes parking, delivery to the floor and basic setup. Provide loading or reception access, elevator instructions, floor, room, eating time and onsite receiver so the delivery window protects the meeting start.

03

Add serviceware, staffing or cleanup

A disposable plate, cutlery and napkin set is $0.50 per guest. Staffing and cleanup are $18 per staff-hour. Chafing equipment, other rentals and expanded service are priced in the quote.

04

Pay in the way the office needs

LunchLink accepts credit card, EFT or bank transfer and cheque, with approved invoicing available for business customers. Use the recurring program when the same office needs a managed daily, weekly or monthly meal schedule.

Choose an office lunch that fits the meeting

Office lunch catering works best when packaging, labelling, setup, the delivery window and cleanup are planned before the menu is finalized. LunchLink supports one-time boardrooms, training days and team meals from 10 to 1,000+ guests.

01

Individual or shared

Use individual meals for named selections, fixed seats or staggered schedules; use platters or buffet-style service only when the room, serving time and guest flow support them.

02

Selection and labels

Confirm the selection deadline, final count, packaging, names or dietary labels, ingredient questions and how identified meals will be separated onsite.

03

Arrival to distribution

Assign the receiver, room handoff, setup surface, serviceware, serving tools, waste plan and the time by which food must be ready to eat.
