Public website terms
Website guidance is not an accepted order.
These terms apply to use of the LunchLink public website. They distinguish planning information and inquiry forms from a confirmed catering order, whose final menu, pricing, timing, availability, and other commercial details belong in an accepted quote or order record.

In practical terms
Use the public site as a planning resource.
The website is designed to help people understand LunchLink and prepare a useful catering request. It is not a live promise that every menu, city, time, or price is available.
Informational content
Cuisine, service, location, event, resource, and planning-story pages provide general information. Illustrative planning stories are labelled as illustrative and are not customer testimonials, performance claims, or evidence of a completed order.
Published photos, descriptions, serving suggestions, starting prices, and geographic references do not guarantee a particular partner, item, ingredient, quantity, delivery window, or result.
Catering requests and confirmation
Submitting a quote or contact form starts a conversation; it does not create an order or reserve capacity. A request becomes something the parties can rely on only after the relevant menu, quantities, price, taxes and fees, availability, delivery details, timing, and applicable commercial terms are confirmed and accepted.
If a website page and an accepted quote or order record differ, the accepted commercial record controls for that order.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access restricted systems, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or organization, or use automated activity in a way that disrupts the service.
External sites and third parties
The website may link to third-party destinations for context or source attribution. Those destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not create a guarantee about the third party or mean a named commercial relationship is active unless LunchLink clearly says so and the claim has been approved for publication.
Changes and questions
LunchLink may update public content and these website terms as the service changes. Questions can be sent to info@lunchlink.ca or through the contact page. For a particular order, refer to the accepted quote or order terms and the LunchLink contact handling that request.
Need clarification before relying on something?
Use the contact page for a question about the public website. Questions about an accepted order should refer to the quote or order terms that apply to it.
