A plan before the first guest arrives
One agreed event plan covers the menu, crew, equipment and handover. Every arrival and collection window is confirmed for your venue.
Tell us your date, location, guest count, cuisine and budget. Flag the venue’s furniture, kitchen, power, loading access and any dietary requirements.
Review food, staff roles and paid hours, equipment quantities, delivery/collection, coordination, tax and optional extras. Agree booking and final-count terms.
For staffed service, the crew sets up the agreed buffet, attends service, replenishes and clears. Catering-area cleanup and equipment collection follow the written plan.

The selected menu determines whether prep space, power, water, refrigeration or a kitchen is needed. Share venue access and your preferred date early, especially for year-end events. Food-menu deadlines do not establish crew or rental availability; all services are confirmed before booking.
