Plan with confidence

The operational details behind the menu.

Turn the call sheet into service windows

Share the approved breakfast, first meal, second meal, dinner, overnight, and craft-service windows for each covered group. Production remains responsible for identifying applicable agreements and supplying the requirements; LunchLink coordinates the confirmed food-service plan.

Separate every unit and location

List each main, second, splinter, background, base-camp, or production-office service with its own count, address, approved pin, parking and access route, designated meal area, receiver, setup time, and fallback handoff.

Choose complete meals and craft coverage

LunchLink can coordinate hot breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight meals, continuous craft service, snacks, beverages, drop-off, setup, attendants, onsite service, and teardown through approved partners. Final staff, equipment, station hours, and inclusions are written into the quote.

Protect dietary meals

Applicable individual meals can be labelled with the recipient's name and dietary tags. Current ingredients, substitutions, kitchen practices, and cross-contact limits must be verified with the selected partner, and labelled meals should remain separate through the production-controlled handoff.

Reconfirm every change

Schedule and location changes are coordinated by email or text, with weekly planning for multi-day work. A requested change is accepted only after the revised partner, route, menu, count, capacity, and timing are reconfirmed.
